We roast all of our coffee in micro-batches to ensure that our customers always receive coffee that is consistently fresh, aromatic, and delicious.  All of our coffees are certified USDA Organic, high altitude, shade grown, specialty-grade Arabica.  And, all of our coffees are Fair Trade or Rainforest Alliance certified.

 Sweetwater is a member of Cooperative Coffees, the world’s only Fair Trade, organic green coffee purchasing collective, which is based in Americus, Georgia.  Together with 23 other roasters from the frosty Yukon down to sunny Florida, Sweetwater works directly with small-scale coffee farmer cooperatives to bring some of the world’s best, fairly traded coffee available to coffee-loving consumers here in the United States and Canada.
