Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you receive the wrong product, we are here to help.
Wrong Product Received:
- Customers are eligible to return the wrong product within 7 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return for the wrong product, please contact our customer service team at info@sweetwaterorganic.com with your order number and details about the product you received. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will either send you the correct product at no additional shipping cost or offer you a full refund.
