How do I find my product?
To find the product you are looking for, you can use the navigation menu on the top right magnifying icon. Type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, please call customer service at 352.372.8342 for additional assistance. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, EST.

Where do you ship?
Sweetwater ships anywhere in the United States, though our flat-rate UPS ground service and flat rate US Priority Mail service are only available for shipments to destinations within the continental United States. We use US Priority Mail, at the US Postal Service's published rates for orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and PO Boxes/destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
All of our coffee is roasted-to-order, so please allow 1-2 business days for us to roast, pack and ship your coffee. We offer flat rate shipping - $7.95 per order - via UPS standard ground service or US Priority Mail Service for retail customers shipping to destinations in the continental United States. Please note that customers shipping to APO/FPO/DPOs or destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for our flat rate shipping service. However, we will gladly ship to these destinations via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail service at their published rates. Expedited shipping is available - please contact us for a quote based on our carriers' rates.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you have created an account on our website, you may see the status of your order in your account page.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If your order has been processed (and your credit card has been charged), please call us immediately at 352.372.8342 to see if we can make any changes or cancel your order - we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot make any changes or cancel once your order has shipped.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Please check with the shipper to confirm the status of your order delivery. If your order shows a status of "delivered", please contact our customer service immediately at 352.372.8342 for assistance.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service immediately at 352.372.8342 within 2 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange for an exchange.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, at the end of checkout, please put your gift card message in the "Order Instructions/Comments" box.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart and proceeding to Check Out, you will see a box at the bottom of the shopping cart where you may enter your coupon code.
