Community Spotlight: Growing Knowledge at the 2026 Diplomado Orgánico

Every year in Honduras, our partners at COMSA host the Diplomado Orgánico — a week-long, hands-on school in organic farming that brings growers together from across Latin America. This year, farmers and technical staff from nine cooperatives in Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Mexico gathered to trade methods on soil health, climate adaptation, and the long road from harvest to your cup. Running since 2016, it’s a reminder that the best coffee grows out of shared knowledge and strong community.
