Decaf and Half Caf

Our decaf coffees are made using the natural water process, a chemical-free method that gently removes caffeine while preserving rich, full-bodied flavor. Our half caff options blend equal parts regular and decaf beans of the same roast profile, offering a balanced cup with half the caffeine. During the water process, green coffee beans are soaked in water saturated with coffee flavor compounds. This allows caffeine to be extracted while flavor remains. The caffeine-rich water is then passed through carbon filters, removing 99.9% of the caffeine before it’s reintroduced to the beans, ensuring maximum flavor retention without the buzz.
