Product Overview
Located in the remote, highland regions of Cauca, the Paez (who also call themselves Nasa, or “the people”) is the largest indigenous group in Colombia. Fondo Paez was founded in 1992, with the primary goal of recuperating traditional agricultural knowledge and indigenous culture which had been buried by centuries of conflict and oppression. Today they are active members of the fair trade community and process, market, and export their coffee via the regional plant at ExpoCosurca, but maintain full independence in their internal decision-making process.

I have been a home roaster for a few decades. Decided to try Sweetwater. I was happy with both the beans and the roast date. I was glad to place a follow-up order. However, no roast date on the new order.

I love Sweetwater coffee, but these beans are far and away my favorite. Smooth, light roast that is always the perfect way to start a day!

This is a legit light roast yet doesnt taste weak like your drinking a hot tea, has that full bold coffee flavor but no bitterness its crazy smooth

This light roast is awesome, my wife and I have been looking for a coffee that met both our tastes and this fit perfectly. we also like that it can come in a 2 lb bag.. seems everywhere else coffee's are sold in small bags. Columbia light roast makes our home smell great first thing in the morning.

I tried this coffee about a year ago and I was hooked from the first sip. Fabulous , smooth, bold coffee flavor with no bitterness. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.
